if it is cancelled for other reason the procedure is as follows.
- If notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the
arrival, all payments are refundable except the air and rail ticketing
charges.
- If notice of cancellation is received between 30 and 16 days prior to
arrival one night accommodation at all the resorts/camps will be charged
as cancellation along with the air and rail ticketing charges. The rest
would be refunded.
- If notice of cancellation is received 15 and 01 days prior to the
arrival, 50% of the costs except the air and rail ticketing charges
would be refunded.
- If the cancellation is received on the day of the arrival or if it is
a case of 'No Show' there would be no refund at all.

policies. In such cases notification will be made at the time of
registration.

accept credit cards.
PAYMENTS: We insist on a nominal
deposit of US $ 100 or a 10% of the total tour cost (whichever is more) to
be sent to us as soon as the itinerary and the price has been finalized.
This is an authorization for us to go ahead with the reservations. The
balance however can be settled on your arrival in India or within 15 days of
your receiving the interim vouchers. In some cases like the special train
journeys, or resorts or hotels during the very peak seasons (Christmas, New
